Dear Parent,
Before I built a school, I spent twenty-one years watching one small moment happen in classrooms — and it changed what I believe education is for.
Through Mastermind Abacus, my team and I have taught mental arithmetic to children in Indore, across India, and eventually in 16 countries. In all those years, the most important thing I witnessed was never a calculation. It was the half-second after one: a child solves a sum faster than every adult in the room, goes quiet with surprise — and then something in their posture changes. Shoulders back. Hand up first the next time. That half-second has a name. It is called "I Can."
I saw that moment thousands of times. And slowly it turned into a question I could not put down:
Mastermind School is my answer to that question. A CBSE school (Affiliation No. 1031472, run by our own Society For Simplified Learning) where happiness and confidence are not prizes handed out after the syllabus is finished — they are the method by which the syllabus is mastered. We put the abacus, robotics, coding, drama and chess inside the timetable, because those are the rooms where "I Can" is manufactured daily. We call it striving to educate, not just teach: teaching finishes a syllabus; educating builds a person.
When we started this school in East Indore, I made some promises to myself — and to every parent who joins us:
- Your child's happiness comes first — because a frightened child memorizes, but only a happy child learns. Our Happy Induction Program exists so that a child's first memory of school is a good one.
- Our fees will always be open. Our complete fee structure is published on this website, because I truly believe it is not mandatory to pay high fee for quality education.
- Your child will be safe with us. 24/7 surveillance on campus, GPS-tracked school-owned buses, and a female staff member on every bus from the first pickup to the last drop.
- Skills stay inside the school day — abacus, Vedic Maths, coding & AI, robotics, Olympiad preparation, speech & drama and chess — not sold to you separately as evening coaching.
- We will always be honest with you. We currently run Play Group to Class 10, and we are growing step by step.
Indore has many good schools — older than ours, bigger than ours, with decades of toppers on their walls. I respect them. But if what you want for your child is a school where the person accountable lives in this city, answers questions face-to-face, and measures success by whether your child wants to come back tomorrow — then I would like to meet you.
