The Happy Induction Program is a three-month term — January, February and March — at Mastermind Pre-Primary in Bicholi Mardana, Indore, for children aged 2 years and 6 months to 4 years. There is no tuition fee for the term.
It is not a demo class, a summer camp or a one-day trial. Your child joins a real classroom, with a real teacher, a real timetable and real friends — for a complete term before the new academic session begins on 1 April.
The purpose is straightforward. Every school in Indore will show you around for forty minutes and hand you a folder. We would rather you watched for three months and made up your own mind. You see how we actually teach, how our teachers actually speak to children, and how your child enjoys the school. Then you decide about April — with evidence, not a brochure.

Age for class placement is counted as on 31 March, in line with CBSE norms — the same rule the school already follows. Final placement is confirmed with you at the campus visit.
Here is the part most schools leave for the counsellor's desk. Joining in January costs exactly what joining in April costs — not one rupee more. You are not paying extra, you are paying earlier, and your child gets three extra months of school for it.
Your payment covers your admission and first installment for the 2027–28 session. Nothing is charged a second time. Your child simply carries on — in the same classroom, with the same teacher and the same friends.
The amount you deposited is treated as the fee for the three months your child has already attended. That is the end of it — no yearly fees are demanded, no notice period, no bond. You are free from every further obligation.
Either way, you have paid for schooling your child actually received — and nothing more. That is the whole point of this program: we would rather be chosen than sold.

A teacher welcomes your child at the gate with a familiar smile every morning. The first ten minutes are kept relaxed, giving children time to settle in, arrange their bags and bottles, and receive a warm hug when needed. Meditation and mantras help everyone feel calm and ready for the day.
Attendance becomes a song. Children sit in a circle, say their name, share what they brought, and listen to someone else — which at this age is the harder skill. For most induction children, this is the half hour where school stops feeling strange and starts feeling like theirs.
Phonics, not rote. Children meet sounds through actions, songs and objects they can hold — then those sounds start turning into words. Alongside it runs our Reading Program, which is why Mastermind children tend to read early and read confidently.
Montessori trays, EPL and fine-motor work — pouring, sorting, threading, using tongs. It looks like play. It is actually the foundation of handwriting, concentration and the quiet pride of "I did it myself" — the start of the I CAN attitude.
Children leave by bus with a female didi on board, or from the gate with you. The test of a good day is simple: on the way home, your child wants to tell you something. By February, most of them will not stop.

This program is built for exactly that child. At 2½ the day is short, play-based and gentle, with no academic pressure — far kinder than a first school experience that begins with a full paid session in April.
Almost every child cries in the first week, and our teachers plan for it — gradual separation, one familiar face, positive reinforcement. Better that happens in January, in a term that costs you nothing, than in April once the real session has begun.
Small — personal attention is core to our pre-primary approach, and it is why induction seats are limited. Each class takes a fixed number and stops there. Ask us for your child's age group when we call you back.
