Guardians, is it a struggle to send your kids to school every other day? Is your kid still searching for their best ability? We have something in mind to help you with, ROBOTICS! The four walls of the school’s classrooms have more to offer than teaching them History, English, or Mathematics. The recent STEM learning approach teaches the students' science and technology and enhances their overall personality. This article will discuss the significance of introducing ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE and ROBOTICS & the impact on Primary School Students.
The 21st century is just advancing more and more with its technological advancements. From a keypad and black & white phones to smartphones with widescreens and high-pixelated cameras, we have come a long way with scientific developments. So how did all these become possible? The answer is the creation and usage of Robotics and AI. Here is how the design and communication with robotics from a young age, particularly among students at Primary School levels:
A) Problem-solving skills: The students are given a few functions to operate in their robots as assignments (in a fixed interval, e.g., one assignment per month). They will have to search for the same to complete the assignment and eventually solve the task.
B) Innovation: Robotics and AI is undoubtedly a field of innovation. Apart from the assignments, the students can also use their skills to instil fun programming in their robot friends.
C) Creativity: The skill that gives rise to the innovative side is creativity. Robotics is scientifically validated and helps students develop creative ideas for their Robotics and AI studies.
D) Updated technical skills: The world doesn't stand still; it revolves around new and newer technologies coming up every other day. Learning robotics and AI at a young age will help your kids adapt to the changes, learn them as they occur, or may even pioneer a change!
We discussed how robotics and AI help the new generation of students on a smaller scale, now let"s see how learning and creating robots help them with their future inclinations.
E) Communication skills: Robots require commands to perform. To let the other side of the world know about the invention, a human needs to speak for it. This skill generates fluent and smooth communication skills. It is an essential attribute for the primary school students.
F) Concentration skills: We know not every other student is up for good communication skills. Our not-so-going and introverted students may not be good at approaching masses or commands, but they can help in coding and programming to make the robot come to life!
G) Teamwork skills: The most important aspect of building and creating Robot friends together is teamwork. When students from various backgrounds come together to make their mechanical friends work, they learn to adapt and adjust.
The students of this generation are lucky enough to explore AI and robotics from a young age. It shapes a kid"s interest in learning innovative technical skills and builds them up as an adult in this dynamic world. Robotics and AI are not only just innovations nowadays, but it is also our friend. Can you imagine your kid having a friend for a lifetime with all the new features for a better life for them and you?
And that’s where we come in. Our teachers are well-equipped to share their experience and expertise with your children!
At Mastermind, we have worked hard to achieve excellence in all we attempt to do. Robotics is one of the latest vocations and requires astute knowledge.
Mastermind identifies itself as one of the best primary schools for its other beyond the curriculum courses like Abacus & Language lab. Also, if your child is slated to start schooling, we are the most popular Kindergarten & Nursery school set-up.
